Join the Westchester Community College (Life Long Learning)  at several of Westchester’s most exciting restaurants for a culinary adventure that will tantalize your taste buds.
Each chef will offer a private cooking demonstration, followed by a tasting of the prepared items. Fees include non-alcoholic beverages.

Eat Fish. Live Longer! The brothers are one big family of chefs that have realized their dream by owning a seafood restaurant. Starting out as takeout only, the restaurant has now doubled in space by becoming dine-in too.

We start our demonstration with tipsy mussels (garlic, white wine, and butter) served with toast points. Next, a lesson on their famous “crabby cakes” over salad with mango salsa. As a special treat, a demo on bread pudding done “their way”.
