Cooking Class led by Sara Boan

Join guest Chef Sara Boan in the kitchen to prepare a delicious vegan menu that will delight your tastebuds and make you feel great, too. Sara is a professionally-trained chef who works at Catskill Animal Sanctuary in Saugerties, New York, a haven for rescued farm animals that also promotes vegan living. All the recipes taught in this class are featured in the Sanctuary’s exciting new cookbook, Compassionate Cuisine: 125 Plant-Based Recipes from Our Vegan Kitchen (Skyhorse, 2019). Cookbooks will be available for purchase at the conclusion of class, with all proceeds going directly to the Sanctuary’s life-changing programming.
