October 21, 2018 – “Every Quilt Has a Story” – OAC Member and artists TAMAR DRUCKER will be our featured presenter for this program. Tamar started quilting after moving to the USA. Her love of creating art through painting, sculpting, and sketching continues using fiber art. Tamar says “I am a self-taught fiber artist. The enjoyment of playing with different textures and colors, and collaging bits of fabric scraps together, is like assembling a puzzle. In this program, Tamar will share her beautiful works with us—and talk about what inspires her work (and why), as well as how she processes her art.
