The popular lecture series begins the 2019 season with “Sing Sing: A History”, presented by Ossining Village Historian, Dana White. Sing Sing Correctional Facility has hunkered down on our waterfront almost 200 years. In this overview of its fascinating origins and evolution, Dana will also highlight the surprising ways the prison has shaped the village we know today. The presentation will include an update on the Sing Sing Prison Museum Project.
