5K run/walk charity event

On Sunday, October 20th the Ossining Police Benevolent Association (PBA) will be hosting its 3rd annual Ossining PBA Foot Pursuit 5K.

This year the course will begin at Market Square, located in Ossining’s historic downtown. Runners will continue through downtown Ossining before reaching Hudson Street which will lead them to the legendary Sing Sing Prison. Runners will run alongside the perimeter of the prison and then down to scenic Louis Engel Park, located at the Ossining waterfront.

**All proceeds of the event will benefit the Stephen Siller Tunnels to Towers Foundation. This organization was founded in honor of New York City Firefighter, Stephen Siller, who lost his life on 9/11. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation supports our nation’s first responders and service members through such programs as the Fallen First Responder Home Program, the Gold Star Family Home Program, and the Smart Home Program, which builds mortgage free homes for our most catastrophically injured service members.
