Join us on Saturday, February 9 when we welcomecertified yoga instructor Sudha Narsipur to talk about how to utilize yoga and mindfulness in your daily life. After a short storytime, we’ll provide babysitting for your children up to age 4, while you learn practical tips to make your daily life more mindful.
