The Ossining Arts Council (OAC) is a group of volunteers whose mission is to promote and showcase the talents of all artists, whether professional or amateur; unite the diverse talents from other arts organizations through collaborative programs and encourage awareness of the arts in the community through creative outreach programs.

In adopting this mission, the OAC hopes to demonstrate through its actions that art is an important, vital and affirming force in the life of a community and the life of each individual it touches.
