¿Who Organizes the Ossining Memorial Day parade and ceremony?
Every Year in May, the Central Committee of Organized War Veterans of the Town of Ossining hosts a Memorial Day Parade.
¿When is the MemoriaL Day Parade in Ossining?
These are the dates for the next few years:
- Memorial Day Parade 2024: Monday May 27th
- Memorial Day Parade 2025: Monday May 26th
- Memorial Day Parade 2026: Monday May 25th
¿When and Where does the parade start?
The parade starts at 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Croton and Calam Avenue.
¿Where can i see the parade?
The route will follow Croton Avenue to Route 9, cross to Main Street, and turn onto Spring Street down to Nelson Park. After the parade, there is a Memorial Day Ceremony at Nelson Park.
¿Who will march at the parade?
Parade participants will include local veterans organizations, local officials, community organizations, the Ossining Fire Department, the Ossining High School Band, Boy Scouts and Girl Scout troops.

Memorial Day Parade 2024
On Monday, Memorial Day – May 27, 2024, the Central Committee of Organized War Veterans of the Town of Ossining will host their annual parade, starting at 9:30 AM. They will step off at Croton Avenue and Calam Avenue and proceed to Nelson Park for their ceremony. This year’s Memorial Day Parade will be the first in three years. There will be several community originations marching this year. Please join us as we pay tribute to the many men and women who have served our nation’s armed forces in war and between wars. Their devotion to duty has made our nation what it is today and what it will continue to be.
