Waterview Neighborhood in Ossining | InOssining.com

Waterview

Waterview is a large lot subdivision started in the late 1990s. The developers had the vision to cluster the homes in order to preserve as much of the natural land and setting as possible. Because of that, Waterview has a bit different look than most subdivisions in that it is surrounded by trees, and the view from the deck or patio of most of these homes is of the woods.

The homes are a Postmodern Colonial Style of 3,000 s/f or more. Waterview is bordered by the Croton Aqueduct Trailway for running, biking or just simply taking a stroll. It is very close to Gerlach Park and the Teatown Reservation. For a large lot subdivision of modern homes, in mid Westchester, with a wooded environ, it is remarkably affordable!

There are also a few homes nearby on Riverview Farm Road and Quaker Bridge Road that aren’t in New Castle, so we included them here.
