Current meal pricing (as of 2019):
Breakfast: FREE in all schools
Elementary (Park, Brookside, Claremont, Roosevelt) Lunch: $2.15
AMD (Middle School) and High School Lunch: $2.25
Milk: $.35
100% Juice: $.50
How to add money to your child’s account/meal card balance?
Option 1: Print out one of these forms and send it in with cash or check to your child’s school.
Option 2: Go to your MySchoolBucks account and add funds instantly in your dashboard via e-check or credit card. Note that you are charged a $2.50 fee each time you do this, no matter the amount you add or whether it is a one-time payment or auto-pay. MySchoolBucks also has iPhone and Android apps.
What if your child has a $0 balance and you haven’t been able to top it up yet? In my experience, the system lets the balance go negative, but I imagine it has a cutoff. In the past we’ve gone approximately $5 negative before topping it back up.
If you’d like to see what your child has been spending their meal card on, you can find a record under each child’s “Cafeteria Meal History” in your MySchoolBucks account.
